What types of ribbons do you carry?
We carry an extensive collection of decorative ribbon, adhesive ribbon, and trims. Our ribbons come in satin, metallic, grosgrain, ric rac, velvet, and many other materials. We have a wide variety of colors, styles and patterns.
In what size increments do you sell ribbon?
We sell ribbon by the individual roll only. Yardage per roll varies depending on the size and type of ribbon. Roll sizes are the same as what May Arts sells to its business customers.
Do you provide samples?
At this time we do not provide samples of the ribbons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What if a ribbon I love is out of stock?
Contact us! If there is a ribbon you’ve had your eye on for all of your crafty dreams, just add it to your wish list. We will send you an email notification when it is back in stock.
I am looking for a specific May Arts ribbon but it is not on the site.
If you are looking for a ribbon that you know May Arts makes, but it is not listed on the site, please contact us via live chat or email. If that ribbon is in inventory we can add that item to your order.

May Arts created The Ribbon Resource to be the official outlet for enthusiasts of May Arts Ribbon. This website is for consumers who love the quality and unique design that is a May Arts Ribbon. MayArts.com is the official website for the May Arts Ribbon brand. Shopping on MayArts.com is for wholesale customers only. To be a wholesale customer you must be a business. You must also register with May Arts to be able to shop wholesale and be able to provide proof that you are operating a business.

We like to keep in touch with our community, so we send our members emails about fun features, and contests, in addition to other news and important order info. To sign up for these emails scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Newsletter" form. Enter your information to be added to our list.
Why can I not create an account to store my shopping information?
In an effort to make shopping at The Ribbon Resource as easy as possible, we do not make users sign up for accounts before shopping with us. If you need to use a tool normally found in a “my account” section, like finding the status of your order you can use our tracking tool. Visit http://ribbonresource.wpengine.com/about/track-package/.
All sales at The Ribbon Resource are processed by our parent company, May Arts Ribbon. Therefore, credit card statements will show that your order was paid to "May Arts".
